Retractable Screen Doors...
Mirage™ retractable screens will make conventional door screens a thing of the past. The unique design allows the screen to retract into its compact housing and be virtually out of sight when not in use. Mirage™ door screens are made to fit almost any door application, including in swing and out swing doors, entrance doors and French double doors. Door heights up to 110" and widths of approx. 4 ft. are available.
Mirage window screens can also be used as a sunscreen. We use Phifer™ Solar/Insect Screening material in place of our regular Phifer™ window and door insect screen. This material removes 65% of the heat generating rays, while still keeping out insects and offering excellent outward visibility.

Warranty
Our warranty is unsurpassed. Mirage™ offers a one-year warranty on parts and labor and a lifetime warranty on all parts for the roller screen (except the screen material) under normal wear and tear. Ask your dealer for details.
Mirage™ Lifetime Factory Limited Warranty
Alco Ventures Inc™. (ALCO™) warrants that its "Mirage™" roller screen, when used for Residential* purposes only, and installed at the location shown on this Warranty Certificate will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the life of the roller screen at the location shown on this warranty certificate. This warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the Owner whose name appears on the Certificate and is not assignable or transferable. This warranty excludes screen mesh. The word "defect" as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections which impair the utility of the product.
* Residential as referenced in this warranty is defined as single family detached housing and detached Duplex housing. Rental properties do not qualify under this warranty.
